• For transmission of information that violates the norms of current legislation or international law.
• For advertising alcohol, tobacco and drugs, or other illegal elements.
• To transmit confidential data or disinformation.
• For spamming or abusing bulk messages.
• To send messages that may affect the teams in the Development group.
• For sending pornography or other objectionable messages.
• To share information illegally obtained by the Customer that violates the copyright or related rights of third parties.

Whatsper is not responsible for Customer's inability to access the Api service, due to software changes by WhatsApp Inc.

Whatsper is not responsible for Customer's inability to access the Api service, accounts, etc. for reasons related to disruption of the Customer's Internet channel, equipment or software.

The customer agrees that his/her account may be blocked and/or banned by WhatsApp and/or WhatsApp Inc.

The Service and the whatsper.co Site are in no way endorsed or approved by WhatsApp Inc . Customer understands all risks associated with the use of the Service/Site/Api.
